RACINE — Companies which have struggled as a result of ongoing Washington Avenue development can now get a little bit of a lift.
The Metropolis of Racine Highway Development Mortgage Program is offering 0% curiosity, working capital loans of as much as $5,000 to companies negatively impacted by development occurring within the Metropolis of Racine.
