Amazon finally acknowledges delivery driver bathroom problem

Amazon acknowledged Friday that it has a loo-ming problem.

The web giant fessed up that its delivery drivers have limited access to bathrooms, meaning that accusations of them urinating in bottles or elsewhere in public are likely to be true.

“We know that drivers can and do have trouble finding restrooms because of traffic or sometimes rural routes,” the online retail giant posted on its AboutAmazon portal. “And this has been especially the case during Covid when many public restrooms have been closed.”

Manhattan Residential Sales in March Soared to Highest Level in 14 Years

Manhattan’s residential real-estate market, dormant for months after many New Yorkers fled near the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, closed the first quarter by posting its strongest sales in years.

In March, around 1,500 Manhattan residences were in contract for sale. That marked the highest number of deals for any one month in 14 years, according to real-estate analytics firm UrbanDigs.

California real estate agent faces rape allegations in Las Vegas

A Las Vegas police investigation into a prominent Southern California real estate agent unearthed a series of alleged sexual assaults spanning more than a decade “in numerous locations around the United States,” according to an arrest warrant.

Now, the agent, Michael Lee Bjorkman, faces two counts of sexual assault in Las Vegas, according to court records. If convicted, the 48-year-old man could spend the rest of his life in prison.

Accused Home Depot Shoplifter Caught Hiding in BDubs Bathroom Stall

A man accused of shoplifting at the Home Depot on Airline Drive in Bossier City was arrested yesterday. The suspect was found hiding in a bathroom stall at the nearby Buffalo Wild Wings.

Shortly after 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 30, 2021, BCPD responded to a call of a shoplifter at the Home Depot.
